REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (Consulting/Advisory Services)

At Linton Advisory, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and advisory services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before engaging our services.

Service Delivery All services provided by Linton Advisory are delivered digitally or in-person. No physical goods are shipped.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled engagement will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3–7 days before a scheduled engagement will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before a scheduled engagement are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are not available for services already delivered or partially delivered.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.

UK Consumer Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a remedy if a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill.
